IR Infotech does not take responsibility for user-generated messaging content or policy violations caused by users.

• Distribute malicious code or software
• Abuse or misuse platform services

5. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these Terms, platform abuse, or legal requirements.

All software, branding, platform content, APIs, and materials provided by IR Infotech remain the intellectual property of IR Infotech unless otherwise stated.

• WhatsApp or Meta service interruptions
• Actions taken by Meta or WhatsApp against accounts

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Our platform may rely on third-party providers including Meta, WhatsApp, payment gateways, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party platform availability or policy changes.
