1. Who May Request Data Deletion
You may submit a deletion request if you are:
- An end user who interacted with a business using our chatbot or messaging services
- A registered user or administrator of an IR Infotech platform account
- A customer or contact whose information was stored through our software or integrations
- A representative authorized to act on behalf of the data subject
2. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, email us at support@irinfotech.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:
- Your full name
- Email address and/or phone number associated with the account or service
- Name of the business or application (if applicable)
- A brief description of the data you want deleted
- Proof of identity (if required for verification)
We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
3. What Data May Be Deleted
Depending on your relationship with our services, we may delete:
- Account registration and profile information
- Contact details (name, email, phone)
- Conversation or message logs stored on IR Infotech systems
- API credentials, webhook logs, and integration configuration tied to your account
- Support tickets and communication history with IR Infotech
4. Data We May Retain
We may retain certain information when required to:
- Comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations
- Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
- Maintain security and prevent fraud
- Keep anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
Data processed or stored by third-party platforms (such as Meta or WhatsApp) may require a separate deletion request directly with those providers.
5. Business Customers (Data Controllers)
If you are an end user of a business that uses IR Infotech software, that business may be the primary data controller. You may contact them first. IR Infotech will assist our business customers in fulfilling valid deletion requests related to data stored on our platform.
